Has Jodi Arias taken Casey Anthonys place as the most hated woman in America?

It would almost seem that Jodi Arias has taken the thrown away from Casey Anthony as most hated woman in America.  They both seem to be great at lying which is probably what got them into their perspective messes.

Jodi seems to be a different breed then Casey.  While Casey is a smart young woman, I would say that Jodi takes the cake when it comes to I.Q points, although, if this were premeditated murder, she sure didn't display any intelligence with regard to her crime.  She Shot Travis Alexander in the face, stabbed him 29 times and slit his throat from ear to ear.  If I were to premeditate a murder, it wouldn't be this messy.  Some would suggest this is why it could not have been premeditated and more in line with a "crime of passion" or a "heat of the moment" crime.

Casey doesn't seem to have killer qualities about her.  She doesn't seek the spotlight as Jodi so readily does. In fact, I haven't really heard too much about Casey Anthony in months!  Maybe someday she will be able to live a sub normal life.  Sad about the Casey Anthony case is, they didn't even look into other possibilities.  They assumed right away that Casey did it, and probably rightfully so, she was a liar and hard to believe.  Her father raises great suspicion in my mind but was never looked at.  Maybe this is because he was once a cop and cops cover each  others back.  Pure speculation on my part.  The interesting thing is Casey said Kaylee was in Pajamas when she put her in bed but when her father brought Caylee to her, dripping wet and deceased, she was in a pair of shorts and a top that were too small for her???  Could daddy have tried something inappropriate and Caylee was too verbal so in his excitement, clothed her in clothing that was too small and drown her?  The clothing that was too small for her was found with her remains.  Being a mother and one that studied this case as closely as I could, Casey would have NEVER put Caylee in something that didn't fit her.  She even made sure her sunglasses matched!

Now we have Jodi Arias.  She changes her story a few times, like Casey and then comes clean and says yes, I did it but it was in self defense.  I'm not a hater, or one to judge but I am pretty sure she had it in her head that if Travis didn't take her back, she would kill him. It just didn't go the way she planned and a struggle took place.  I don't think she should be put to death as I don't believe that is the answer or that it fixes anything, it just perpetuates more hate, anger and lack of compassion.

Some blame the jury in Casey Anthonys trial but the jury did as they were instructed.  If anyone is to blame for Casey Anthony walking free, it's Jeff Ashton and the prosecution team.  They shouldn't have relied on circumstantial evidence so much in a capitol murder case.  Had they gone for something less, she might have been found guilty of that lessor charge but they went for the gusto.  Hindsight is usually 20/20.

Jodi was found guilty of first degree aggravated murder but the jury could not come to a unanimous decision as to what her punishment should be.  A new penalty phase will begin July 18th.  My opinion, there will always be one juror who won't want to put her to death.  There, I said it.

So...in conclusion, what do you think?  Is Jodi Arias the new Queen of crap or does Casey Anthony still hold that title?
